Fuji Xerox Singapore Successfully Implements E-Invoicing as Part of Nationwide E-Invoicing Network
Transforming Companies Sustainably in the Digital World
SINGAPORE, 25 June, 2020 – Fuji Xerox Singapore is now part of the nationwide e-invoicing network launched by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA). The network, compliant with the international Peppol standard and the global Peppol eDelivery network, has enabled Fuji Xerox Singapore to pursue an overhaul of its manual invoicing system, replacing it with an e-invoicing system that is able to automatically format, deliver and archive invoices.
With the rollout of the Esker’s Accounts Receivable Solution e-invoicing system, Fuji Xerox Singapore has projected strategic invoicing goals including a 22% cost savings and a significant decrease in their carbon footprint, kicking off sustainable business solutions by reducing paper consumption. The business further anticipates an overall reduction in the end-to-end batch processing window from 9 working days to 3 working days further improving cashflow and reducing working capital needs.
“We stay true to our roots of introducing pragmatic and impactful digital solutions to help businesses embrace new global technological realities,” said Peter Wong, Chief Financial Officer of Fuji Xerox Singapore. “E-invoicing is one such demonstrable aspect in which we are walking the talk, as we spur our clients on in embracing digital technology and keeping pace with changing customer expectations.”
Fuji Xerox Singapore has paved the way for its customers in their implementation of digital transformation, encouraging companies across the globe to join them in their commitment to engaging in green and sustainable efforts. Till date, Esker’s Accounts Receivable Solution enjoys a remarkable 92% adoption rate by Fuji Xerox Singapore’s customers.
Fuji Xerox Singapore is committed to empowering their customers’ digital journey through the integration of Human, Machine and Digital Intelligences.
