Fuji Xerox Kicks Off Inaugural Innovation Re:Mix Forum
A half-day deep dive into the Digital, Machine, and Human intelligences of tomorrow
SINGAPORE, January 24, 2019 –Fuji Xerox Singapore, a leader in document management solutions, today kicked off its inaugural Innovation Re:Mix Forum at the Marina Bay Sands Expo and Convention Centre, offering a firsthand look at how top-level business leaders are approaching digital transformation and Fuji Xerox’s latest Digital, Machine, and Human intelligence solutions.
The half-day conference featured senior business executives, thought-provoking panel discussions on digital transformation, and demonstrations for the digital workforce of tomorrow. It also explored how businesses can better harness human, machine and digital intelligence in today’s competitive business environment.

Fuji Xerox Singapore also debuted its new printers, Botan and Warhol, and showcased its latest digital solutions: Robotics Processing Automation (RPA), Workflow Automation (WfA), and Cloud Security.
Fuji Xerox Singapore’s first conference featuring thematic and experiential zones
Held at the Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, the event was split into three thematic zones following the fashion production process of a designer:
- The Creation: This zone offered guests a unique view on how Fuji Xerox’s solutions plays an essential role in the designer’s creation of the paper dresses through digital intelligence such as enhanced security digitalisation and print management.
- The Exhibition: The lively presentation showcased three of Fuji Xerox’s machine intelligences – Iridesse, Stanford, and its newly debuted Warhol which brings to life the dresses designed in ‘The Creation’ zone. Fuji Xerox staged a fashion runway show with live models featuring cutting edge paper dresses produced with the printers’ key qualities.
- The Aftershow: In this zone, the designers and the team of experts from Fuji Xerox shared recommendations on how Fuji Xerox can help an organisation digitalise and improve their existing and legacy process through its automation and workflow solutions.
Attendees were also invited to go hands on in games designed to explore how human, digital and machine intelligence together builds for paper-to-digital transformation. Among them includes the Game of Efficiency, where participants are challenged to navigate through a list of well-sorted files to locate and print a specific list of documents.
Showcasing Fuji Xerox’s latest printing and software solutions
Fuji Xerox’s latest range of production printers and solutions were also on showcase at the event.
Warhol is created by Fuji Xerox to serve everyday work applications with a modular design for various finishing options to suit one’s production needs. With the choice of a small footprint or full production line, the all-in-one printer offers flexibility for both commercial and office printing.
Printing quality by Warhol is enhanced with its in-built image quality editing features like 3D calibration, various screens, tone adjustment, and Simple Image Quality Adjustment (SIQA) while remaining true to the original data input.
Botan is the ideal printer for small and medium enterprise with it’s easy to set-up, use and, maintain feature. With Botan’s improved user interface, documents can now be printed through smart devices using the Near Field Communication (NFC) technology.
Botan offers enhanced security and is design to support flexible and diversified working styles of business for improved performances based on the Fuji Xerox Smart Work Gateway where people can collaborate with cloud service partners via the various communication tools tailored to suit each need.
3. Robotics Processing Automation (RPA)
RPA is Fuji Xerox’s proprietary solution that works across the company’s global network of hardware to increase workplace efficiency. By carrying rule-based and repetitive tasks, the solution increases staff productivity by 35 to 50%, enabling employees to spend more time on key tasks.
RPA accepts data coming from various mediums such as emails and the NFC technology across multiple formats, such as PDF and Excel documents. Data is then captured and categorized securely to facilitate workplace automation and storage on storage on cloud-based systems for future use.
4. Workflow Automation (WfA)
WfA streamlines the workflow of today’s digital office by reducing the number of steps between the owner and reader of documents. With the documents stored securely on the Cloud, it permits authorized collaborators to conveniently access and edit documents on-the-go with the cloud access and mobile support.
Unique to Fuji Xerox, WfA is built on its MPS Maturity & Qualification of Services, Xerox Document Analytics, and Detailed Work Study which collectively serve to secure uploaded documents and provide analytics on the outcome of the document.
